美国首批7.5万吨原油在乌克兰敖德萨港卸货

据俄罗斯油气网7月8日基辅报道，乌克兰联合通讯社8日报道说，《Wisdom Venture号》油轮从美国向乌克兰敖德萨港石油终端2N号泊位运送了7.5万吨原油。

报告称，把这批原油货物拖运至沿海油罐可能需要大约36小时。专门的媒体观察人士注意到，《Wisdom Venture号》油轮对敖德萨港的访问标志着乌克兰历史上首次直接从美国进口原油

这些美国原油计划通过奥代萨-克列门查克石油管道运往克列门查克炼油厂。在第一次购买美国原油之后还会有几次购买。下一艘装满巴肯盆地生产的原油的油轮预计将在8月抵达敖德萨港。

2019年4月，俄罗斯限制了俄罗斯石油和石油产品对乌克兰的出口。俄罗斯总理梅德韦杰夫表示，从2019年6月1日起，包括煤炭、石油和石油产品在内的燃料和能源综合设施的货物只能基于特殊许可出口到乌克兰。

梅德韦杰夫补充说，俄罗斯政府采取这类行动的原因是乌克兰在此之前扩大了禁止把俄罗斯商品进口到乌克兰的目录。
