Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) will begin in November a series of tenders for contracts with the private sector, a process that, together with the government’s capitalization of Pemex, will allow to reach the oil production target of 1,951 million barrels per day estimated in the Economic Package 2020, said Arturo Herrera, head of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
