沙特阿美和Aker计划在数字化及可持续项目方面展开合作

据道琼斯10月29日消息，沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司(沙特阿美)和Aker公司周二表示，两家公司将在沙特的工业数字化和可持续性举措方面展开合作。

两家公司表示，沙特阿美和挪威工业集团Aker已经签署了一份谅解备忘录，探索在工业企业和可持续项目方面部署数字技术。

两家公司表示，沙特阿美和Aker还在评估与Aker子公司、工业软件开发商Cognite建立一家合资企业，并建立联合工业软件和人工智能研究中心。

Saudi Aramco, Aker to Collaborate align="justify">Saudi Aramco and Aker ASA (AKER.OS) are teaming up to collaborate align="justify">Saudi oil giant Aramco--officially known as Saudi Arabian Oil Co.--and Norwegian industrial group Aker have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore the deployment of digital technologies to industrial companies as well as sustainability initiatives, the companies said.

Aramco and Aker are also evaluating establishing a joint venture with Aker subsidiary Cognite AS, a developer of industrial software, and creating joint industrial software and artificial-intelligence research centers, the company said.
