沙特阿美将于12月5日宣布IPO发行价

据塔斯社11月10日报道，沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司(Saudi Aramco)在招股说明书中表示，该公司股票的认购期将从今年11月17日持续至12月4日。最终报价和拟售股份数量将在询价期结束时公布。

招股说明书称，上市规则将禁止沙特阿美在交易所股票开始交易后6个月内增发股票上市。文件称，除了与外国政府或与这些政府相关的战略投资者达成交易外，出售股东（即政府）将无法在上市后12个月内出售股票。

招股说明书称，此次发行仅限于两类投资者:机构投资者和个人投资者。机构投资者购买股份的限额由股东和公司共同决定。

11月3日，沙特官方正式批准全球最大石油生产商沙特阿美石油公司上市。

Saudi Aramco to announce offering price of shares in IPO align="justify">The book-building period for institutional subscribers to shares of Saudi Aramco will last from November 17 to December 4 of this year, the Saudi oil giant said in its prospectus.

The final offer price and the amount of shares to be sold will be announced at the end of the book-building period.

The listing rules will prohibit Saudi Aramco from listing additional shares for a period of six months after the commencement of trading of the shares align="justify">The offer is restricted to two groups of investors - the institutional subscribers and the individual investors, according to the prospectus. The limit of shares purchase for institutional investors will be determined by the shareholder and the company.
