西方石油资产剥离计划进度超前

据道琼斯11月13日消息，西方石油公司表示，在以380亿美元收购安纳达科石油公司后，该公司正努力削减债务负担，预计资产剥离计划将超前目标进度。西方石油表示，到明年年中，其完成的交易所得将超过150亿美元，而最初的目标是100亿-150亿美元。西方石油表示，已完成规模7.5亿美元、与Ecopetrol在米德兰盆地建立合作关系的交易，该公司还表示，通过出售其它非核心资产，它还净赚了2亿美元。

Occidental Divestiture Program Ahead of Plan

Occidental Petroleum says it expects to exceed its divestiture target as it works to pare its debt load following its $38B acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum. Oxy says it will have closed transactions generating proceeds topping $15B by the middle of next year, compared with its original $10B-$15B goal. Oxy says it has closed the $750M deal to form a Midland Basin partnership with Ecopetrol in the Midland Basin, and says it netted another $200M by selling off other noncore assets.
