EIA下调2020年美国原油产量、价格预期

据道琼斯11月13日消息，美国能源情报署（EIA）在其月度短期能源展望报告中称，明年美国原油的平均产量可能为1317万桶，较其一个月前预期的平均1323万桶低了0.5%。下调预期在一定程度上可能是反映最近几个月美国原油钻井平台数大幅下降。EIA还将2020年西得州中质油（WTI）期货的平均价格从上月预期的56.5美元/桶调降至54.43美元/桶。这一数字也低于该机构56.26美元的2019年平均油价预期，因为全球石油库存上升的预期，尤其是明年上半年。

EIA Reduces 2020 US Oil Output Forecast

The EIA says in its monthly Short Term Energy Outlook that US oil production could average 13.17M bpd next year, a 0.5% decline from its month-ago forecast for average 2020 output of 13.23M. The move may partly reflect a fairly sharp drop in US oil-rig counts in recent months. EIA also reduces its projection for 2020 average WTI oil prices to $54.43/barrel from a projection last month for $56.50. The 2020 projections are also down from the expected 2019 average of $56.26 "because of forecast rising global oil inventories, particularly in the first half of next year," EIA says.
