SOCAR控制油气设施污染气体排放量

据11月27日Trend报道，阿塞拜疆国家石油公司SOCAR总裁阿卜杜拉耶夫(Rovnag Abdullayev)在巴黎召开的气候变化大会上讨论国际气候环境变化时表示，石油产品不仅给人类带来极大的好处和优势,也带来了许多环境风险，而最大限度地减少这些风险对社会来说是一项十分重要的任务。

阿卜杜拉耶夫指出，在保护环境方面，石油和天然气生产商有义务作出重要承诺，减少制造业的环境污染。谈到近年来实施的《环境问题综合治理方案》，值得注意的是，SOCAR已经领先于许多公司，达到了废水在封闭系统中100%利用的水平，而这是油气设施环境污染的主要来源。

他还强调，SOCAR进行相关监测，不断控制其设施的污染气体排放总量。世界上采用的燃料燃除系数为5%，而2018年阿塞拜疆的燃料燃除系数仅为1%，今年，这个数字下降到了0.9%。
