赤道几内亚计划投资10亿美元用于建设油气基础设施

据道琼斯11月28日消息，赤道几内亚矿业和油气部长加布里埃尔·姆巴加·奥比昂(Gabriel Mbaga Obiang)表示，赤道几内亚计划在明年投资10亿美元建设关键的油气基础设施，希望以此促进该行业的发展，更好地服务于当地和国外市场。

奥比昂周三表示，这笔投资将主要用于建设两座新的炼油厂，每座炼油厂的加工能力为2万桶/天，同时还将用于建设储存石油、汽油和液化石油气的国有油罐。
