挪国油与俄联合开发西伯利亚西部油田

据世界石油12月23日报道，挪威国家石油公司（Equinor）和俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）已经就Komsomolskoye北部油田开发的第一阶段做出了投资决定。

Equinor驻俄罗斯的国家经理Elisabeth Birkeland Kvalheim表示，这是双方合作七年的联合项目中的一个重要里程碑。

Komsomolskoye北部项目是俄罗斯石油公司和Equinor于2012年5月签署的战略合作协议的一部分。第一阶段的总可采量估计为2.5亿桶石油和23亿立方米天然气。

自2018年以来，该伙伴关系在油田进行了试采，以更好地了解储层性质，为全面油田开发决策奠定基础。
