以色列利维坦气田开始生产天然气

据12月31日Offshore Energy报道，12月31日，Noble公司运营的以色列近海利维坦(Leviathan)气田已经开始生产和供应天然气。

Noble在该项目中的合作伙伴Delek表示，天然气供应管道从2019年12月31日开始铺设，并且已经与客户签署了天然气供应协议。预计未来几天内，该项目的天然气输送量将逐渐增加。预计，向埃及的天然气供应也将很快开始。

值得注意的是，利维坦气田原本计划在12月23日开始生产天然气，但却被推迟了。

利维坦项目是以色列历史上最大的能源项目。该项目正在通过一个海上平台进行开发，经过处理的天然气和稳定的凝析油将通过连接到INGL(以色列天然气管道)国家天然气传输系统的北部入口流入管道。

Noble指出，利维坦天然气将使以色列能源部门几乎完全依靠天然气进行发电成为可能。同时，它将使以色列成为能源出口国。
