2020年墨西哥不考虑重启石油和天然气拍卖

据路透社1月10日报道，墨西哥总统安德烈斯·曼努埃尔·洛佩斯·奥布拉多(Andrés Manuel López Obrador)宣布，墨西哥不打算在今年重启石油和天然气拍卖。

奥布拉多表示，此前，国际石油公司们通过拍卖获得了110份合同，这需要通过投资以及生产来展示开发成果。在昨天开采的173.5万桶石油中，只有1万桶是由获得合同的公司开采的。

包括墨西哥油气公司(Amexhi)后来发表声明称，私营企业已经投资了超110亿美元。

Mexico not planning to reopen oil and gas auctions in 2020

As reported by Reuters, Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador announced this week his government was not contemplating reopening oil and gas auctions this year.

He said oil majors had been awarded 110 contracts through auctions under the previous Mexican government and needed to show results through investment and production.

“Of the 1.735 million barrels that were extracted yesterday align="justify">Mexico’s Association of Hydrocarbon Companies (Amexhi), which includes international oil majors, later issued a statement saying the private sector had invested more than US$11 billion.
