埃尼旗下公司赢得挪威近海17个勘探许可证

据道琼斯1月15日消息，意大利埃尼公司周三表示，公司占主要控股权的Var Energi获得了挪威近海17个勘探许可证。

Var Energi获得的这些许可证位于北海、挪威海和巴伦支海，其中7个许可证拥有作业权，另外10个许可证是与其它公司合作。

Var Energi是Point资源公司和埃尼挪威公司合并的公司。埃尼持有69.6%的股权，剩余股权由HitecVision A/S持有。

Var Energi was awarded 17 exploration licenses off the coast of Norway, said the company's majority owner ENI S.p.A. (ENI.MI) align="justify">The licenses--seven of them operatorships and 10 partnerships--span the North, Norwegian, and Barents Seas.

Var Energi is a result of the merger of Point Resources AS with Eni Norge AS. The Italian energy major holds a 69.6% stake, with the remainder owned by HitecVision A/S (HITV.NO).
