波兰天然气在挪威赢得三份勘探许可证

据离岸工程1月15日报道称，波兰国家石油天然气公司（PGNiG）的子公司PGNiG挪威上游公司在APA 2019许可流程的框架内获得了挪威大陆架上的三份勘探许可证。
