沙特与阿联酋将加快实施增产计划

据3月12日路透社报道，主要石油出口国沙特阿拉伯周三表示，将启动10多年来首次提高产能的计划，并已准备好就产量水平和石油市场份额展开一场持久战。欧佩克成员国阿拉伯联合酋长国也同样承诺加快实施增产计划。

在上周欧佩克+会议上，俄罗斯和其他产油国未能就减产协议达成一致，油价自1月份以来几乎已经下跌了一半。随后，沙特取消了所有的产量限制，其和阿联酋表示，将把产量提高至创纪录水平。

沙特阿美首席执行官阿明?纳赛尔（Amin Nasser）表示，根据能源部部署，该公司计划将日产量从1200万桶提高至1300万桶。

Saudi Aramco plans to raise its output capacity to 13 million barrels per day (bpd) from 12 million bpd, said the chief executive of the state-run oil firm, Amin Nasser, adding that Aramco was acting on an order from the Energy Ministry.
