因燃料需求下降 日本炼厂将调整运行率

据能源世界网3月19日东京报道，日本石油协会(PA J)负责人周四表示，由于疫情蔓延，日本炼油商可能需要调整运行率，以应对燃料需求的下降。

由于出行限制，全球炼油厂正在减缓产量并考虑进行大规模维护。

PAJ总裁，Idemitsu Kosan董事长Takashi Tsukioka也在新闻发布会上表示，他仍无法看到原油价格触底，石油市场可能会在一段时间内保持动荡。

最近在沙特阿拉伯和俄罗斯未能就限制供应达成协议之后，原油价格今年暴跌，美国原油和国际基准布伦特原油均跌破每桶30美元。

Japan refiners may need to adjust run rates amid falling fuel demand

Japanese refiners may need to adjust run rates to meet falling fuel demand because of the spreading coronavirus outbreak, the head of the Petroleum Association of Japan (PAJ) said>Worldwide refineries are slowing output and contemplating extensive maintenance because of travel restrictions put in place in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Takashi Tsukioka, president of the PAJ and chairman of refiner Idemitsu Kosan, also told a news conference that he could not see a bottom in crude prices yet and oil markets will likely to remain volatile for a while.

Crude oil prices have plunged this year, most recently after Saudi Arabia and Russia failed to reach agreement on limiting supplies. Both U.S. crude and international benchmark Brent have tumbled below $30 a barrel.
