图洛以5.75亿美元出售乌干达项目股份

据路透社4月23日报道，图洛石油（Tullow Oil）表示，道达尔已同意以5.75亿美元的价格收购其在乌干达联合陆上油田的全部股权，这是该公司今年筹资10亿美元以解决28亿美元债务的目标之一。

图洛石油表示，通过出售该项目，公司将获得5亿美元现金，一旦项目的最终投资决定达成，图洛将获得7500万美元。该公司股价自去年4月以来已下跌约90%，周三市值约为2.85亿美元。
