巴西布拉斯科预计三季度投产美国新建PP装置

据安迅思休斯敦6月1日消息，巴西布拉斯科公司新闻发言人周一表示，公司正继续推进位于美国得克萨斯州拉波特的一套新建45万吨/年的聚丙烯（PP）装置建设活动，并计划在今年三季度投产。

在员工和承包商遵守加强的安全措施下，该项目的建设已接近完成，公司计划很快过渡到调试阶段。

该新建PP装置投资6.75亿美元，于2017年开始建设。

布拉斯科公司目前在美国得克萨斯州、西弗吉尼亚州和宾夕法尼亚州运营着5套PP装置，总产能为158.9万吨/年。

Braskem expects to start-up new US PP plant in Q3 2020

Braskem is continuing with construction activities and plans to start-up its new 450,000 tonnes/year polypropylene (PP) plant in La Porte, Texas, by Q3, a company spokesperson said align="justify">The project construction is nearing completion with employees and contractors observing enhanced safety measures and the company plans to transition to the commissioning phase soon.

The new PP plant, known as the Delta project, represents an investment of $675m. Construction began in 2017.

Braskem currently operates five PP plants in the US, in Texas, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, with a combined capacity of 1.589m tonnes/year.
