欧佩克+就各国减产协议遵守情况展开讨论

     据今日油价6月13日报道，欧佩克+监测小组将下周召开会议，讨论正在进行的创纪录减产计划,看看各国对减产配额的遵守程度,但不会就刚刚延长至7月底的集体减产做出任何决定。

    包括欧佩克成员国和非欧佩克成员国在内的联合部长级监察委员会（JMMC）将于6月18日（星期四）召开会议，作为讨论石油市场形势和减产措施遵守情况的月会时间表的一部分，会议将持续到今年年底。

    上周六，欧佩克+同意将创纪录的每天970万桶的减产期限延长一个月至7月底，条件是该协议中的所有国家都百分之百地遵守其配额，并通过在7月、8月和9月超额完成减产来补偿未遵守的情况。

    动荡的石油市场和全球需求复苏的高度不确定性，迫使欧佩克+在2020年底前每月召开一次JMMC会议，而不仅仅是在每一次正式的欧佩克+会议之前。

    不过，路透社消息人士称，该小组无法决定欧佩克+集团的生产政策，只能提出建议，供欧佩克和非欧佩克会议审议。
